Sales Policies Stock Photography CDs Refunds are available minus any shipping charges. CDs must be returned at the customer's expense in new condition; the seal must not be broken. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Stock Photography - Single Image Purchases Refunds are not available for stock photography, however you may request a replacement image from our library if the image you originally purchased does not fit your needs. Once you receive the replacement image, the usage license for the original image is void. Additional shipping and media transfer charges may apply for replacement images. Print Photography Each print photography order is custom made to order, therefore refunds and exchanges are not available.
